MS Word Custom Paper Sizes
You may choose from several different properties to customize the size of your printouts. There are four properties you can change. These properties are known as Alignment Base Size, Margins Color, and Color. Additionally, there is an additional property that can be added, which is helpful if you intend to use multiple copies of the same document.
Press the right arrow button on the keyboard to open the Customized paper properties dialog box.(You might also find this button in your printer’s main menu.) There are four options under Alignment: Center, Right Fit, Offset, and Home. By choosing one of these options you can change the alignment of your customized paper to a new location on your printer.

At the bottom of this window you will see a text that is referred to as ” Population settings”. The numbers in this text represent the amount of people in your market who will see your ad. Click on the appropriate number to modify the settings. Enter the values, then click OK to change the settings.
Alignment – This is the center of page positioning. If you’re using Microsoft Word, it is actually set up to determine the position of your text placed based on your current window’s position. The numbers in the top left corner represent the alignments that you can choose to personalize your document. There are three alignment options: Home, Center, or Offset. Drop-down lists – You can alter the color scheme of your custom paper sizes by selecting the drop-down list below the scale option. The list contains a mix of solid and dotted colors. The scale will automatically adjust to the color you pick when you select it from the list. To change the color scheme, simply click on the color that you want and then click the OK button.
Two-Column AutoShaper – You are able to make your document fit into the ideal 2 column form by using the two-column autoShaper. Click on “semble”, next to “flows” to accomplish this. The “flows tab provides a variety of useful functions, including page centering justification, page size control, and tools for alignment. To use these functions, all you have to do is click on them and they’ll be adjusted. To alter the layout you need to click on the “link icon”.
Preset Colors – In older printers, you might have to input the color you want each page to be printed in manually. However, modern printers allow you to set an individual paper size using a variety of preset colors. Click on “color” to access the color palette. A list of colors will be displayed. To alter your color choices you need to click on the desired color. To return to the color palette, click on the “back” button.
Modifying the paper size configuration in your printer driver must be easy and quick. These tips will help you navigate the different options and settings that your printer driver can provide. You can alter the paper information setting to ensure that your documents are in the correct dimensions for your device.
When you open the Print Server dialog box You will see the following optionsavailable: Current Paper Settings that will display all currently configured custom paper sizes. Double-click “current size” to display the current range of sizes and their numbers. The number you choose will determine the maximum or minimum size of your document. To update your paper’s size information, select “print” from the main menu and click print settings. You will see an update dialog box. Click ” ok.” To update the printer configuration, select “print” from the main menu. Then select the print settings tab. You will be presented with a new list of options.
To add additional custom paper sizes You will need to open the Print Server dialog box then click the “add” button, enter a number between one and nine and then click ” OK.” In the new window that appears, you can change the values of the current setting and verify that they are correct before checking the “apply” button. In a matter of seconds, you will have a choice of sizes that you can customize, and all of them can be used in your document. If you find this to be too complicated or would prefer to speed up the process and use only one document with different dimensions then you can select “set number” and select the size that you prefer within the range you specified in the previous step.
